1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
-
it must be in the original packaging (where applicable)
-
proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Returns must be requested within (add number, e.g., 14 or 30) days from the delivery date.
Items returned after this period may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or custom-production reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

bedding and mattresses once opened
-
personal care or bath products
-
items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”
-
custom-made or personalized products
-
gift cards
-
downloadable or digital products
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is:

damaged
-
defective
-
missing parts
-
incorrect
contact us within (e.g., 48–72 hours) of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange:
-
a replacement
-
a repair (where applicable)
-
or a refund
at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:
-
your order number
-
the item(s) you wish to return
-
reason for return
-
photos (if damaged/defective)
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.
Do not send items back without authorization.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item):

return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
-
original shipping charges are non-refundable
If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost may be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges in the following cases:
-
defective or damaged items
-
wrong size or variant (if available in stock)
If the same item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.
7. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
-
refunds are issued to the original payment method
-
please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank or card provider
We may issue:

partial refunds for used or damaged items not due to our error
-
store credit when appropriate
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

check your bank account again
-
contact your credit card company
-
contact your bank
Processing time can take a few business days.
If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
Once an order is shipped, it must be processed as a return in accordance with this policy.
10. International Orders
For international customers:

customs fees, duties, or import taxes are non-refundable
-
return shipping costs may be higher and are the customer’s responsibility
